Hi, I'm Rachael! I'm an honours graduate from the Westervelt College Massage Therapy program in London, Ontario. Along with working hands on in my massage practice, I'm also a Massage Therapy program instructor and Clinical Supervisor. Using my training and experience in several modalities, I customize each session to meet my clients’ specific needs.

Working through a trauma informed lens, I have advanced training in, and am passionate about womens’ health, including prenatal massage and C-Section scar treatment, breast massage and post-mastectomy rehabilitation, maternal and infant factors in breastfeeding, as well as postpartum wellness and empowerment. In addition to being a trained RMT Doula, I practice as a Certified Pediatric Massage Therapist and Infant Massage Instructor, who loves to help my younger clients with optimal growth and development.

Note:  have completed "When Survivors Give Birth" training (working with SA survivors and birth), I have my mental first aid certificate and am trauma informed.
